Try working as an English Teacher.
The pay is way above local average. Usually, you work only 16-20 hrs a week plus Summer breaks.
Qualifications include being a native English speaker and having a bachelor's degree.

Google "English Teacher in China (or Thailand, Vietnam and other tropical countries)", you will find lots of them.

English Teachers' forum i found:

What will your work with the Peace Corps consist of? Your experience in Africa/Asia will provide many new ideas.
If you like working with varied cultures you could teach ESL.
