While you are studying, you are permitted to work part-time (20 hours per week and full-time during vacations).

Once you graduate you can apply for a Post Study Worker VIsa. This is a points based application and you must score 95 points to qualify as follows:

-75 points for your attributes, which are a UK qualification, study at a United Kingdom institution, your immigration status during United Kingdom study and/or research, and the date of award of the qualification; and
-10 points for English language; and
-10 points for available maintenance (funds).

The link below gives you the info you need and has a calculatror so you can see whether you will qualify after graduation.

Remember that imigration rules change all the time, so you need to keep up to date with the current status.

Your age should not affect your job prospects. MBAs from good universitys are in demand in the UK in all fields and you will still be in your 30s when you qualify.
