What is a good 2nd career for a apparel production manager?

I am now looking into a 2nd career and looking for suggestions. I have some college, but no degree, so that is also a hinder for now. Maybe you are in, or have been in, a similar situation, what did you do?
Any direction would be appreciated, thanks.

you are unemployed, looking for a 2nd career , have some college, with no degree. There’s an option to a 2nd career for you to look into, you absolutely dont need a degree to make this work for yourself.
