What career is involved in making sure kids get into good foster homes ?

You would work for your county Human Services Department, probably under Family, Youth, and Children Services. To be a case worker at that level working directly with families, it takes a couple years’ experience in the field and hopefully some psychology courses. Look for your county’s human resources department web page and you can have notices of upcoming jobs e-mailed to you.
