What are some ways that workplace conflict is positive?

a violent workplace that is meant to be violent

Allows for you to defend yourself and your position. Also gives you the chance to prove your importance to the organization, and the impact you have. In some ways it can show your leadership and management skills as well, and your place in the company…in a mature, respectable way of course. Sounds like a cool paper.

I think if you have a bad situation its better to just deal with it and correct it before it gets worse …it also allows you to get comfy dealing with uncomfy situations and might prepare you in case you ever have a problem again.
