What are good career options after finishing a degree in biomedical science?

Hi everyone! I’m doing biomedical science at the moment and i was wondering which career option would be a great choice? With the way the economy is at the moment, i would like to hop into something that pays really well, over 100k, to live a good life i really dont want to be worrying about money. I’m willing to do post-grad degrees, but not too interested in doing a course which will take longer than 4 years to complete.
