What are civilian jobs that work with the military?

Im very crushed to find that i will never be able to enlist in the Military unless I do what the recruiter said and lie about everything, which i will not do. This is very hard to accept because i’ve dreamed of it for so many years now. I’ve heard that they do however hire civilians to work with the military though doing different jobs on base. How would i go about looking up some of these jobs? I appreciate all the answers.

Um I think firefighting would be one job, not sure of others though. Ask a recruiter they might be able to tell you. Jennifer
