Jade asked: I’m planning on getting a B.S. in environmental studies, but am not sure what type of jobs are out there and what the job outlook is like. I’m debating between a B.S. in environmental studies and a B.S. in biology. Right out of college, which would be “better” as far as salary, jobs, and employment go.
I do plan on going to grad school, but what type of jobs would I get with a Master’s in Environmental and a Master’s in Bio?

I want to know what kind of medical jobs there are that travel to other countries and help there. I also would like to know the salary, because I want to be a well payed humanitarian. Maybe some government funded jobs, or something?
I don’t want to move to another country, but I would like to help and work for a while. Is there a medical job like that?

For many various reasons, I need/want something close to the same salary. As I’ve taken many many years to get here, my income has been complimentary to my experience. I’ve found myself in big trouble, as I’ve focused my skills entirely into IT and my resume is not “sellable” outside of IT. I’m in a rut and I think the only way out is to take a substantial pay cut.
