I’m going to be volunteering for the peace corps for 2 years overseas in Africa or Asia. After that I’d like to get a degree for a career that involves working overseas in tropical places if possible. Any ideas? Is a degree in tourism and hospitality management the best way to go?

Also, are there job preferences that are more likely to result in assignment in Europe or South America as opposed to Africa?
