Keira Rose asked: I’m in my first year of high school and thinking about my future job. I had always thought that I would take four years of art and then go to college for art, but now I’m not so sure. I mean, I don’t want to be a starving artist or anything. People always told me to do what I love for a job, but I do like money, and I’m no Picasso. So what sorts of jobs are there for “art people”?

chocolatebabycakes asked: I am thinking about trying to get a part time job to get some extra cash for the holidays but the only places that I see hiring are department stores and they are only paying $7.00-8.00 and you can only work 15 hours a week.
Have you ever worked at a job for the holidays where you made great money? Where are the best places to work for the holidays where you can make the most money? Any ideas on commission types of jobs would be helpful too.
By the way, I am WAY over 18 so I don’t want to babysit, or work in a grocery store.

sara asked: I’m planning on going to law school next year. But until then, I just need to work…What jobs pay well and don’t mind if the person leaves in less than a year?
Right now I make good money but I don’t really like my job…and my boss is going to be mad when I quit in a year anyway.

♫TypicalGirl♫ asked: I am still in high school, but I am great at art (painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, graphic design etc.) I want to go to collage and major in art and/or creative writing for at least 4 years, the education is not a problem for me.
Now my problem is, I don’t know what jobs are available to my interests, or the chances of the average person to succeed in that job. I do not what to spend years of my life and money to find out that my skills are worthless.
What would you suggest?

Stephanie asked: I’m and wanted to get a job, but my dad is disabled and every month they send me a $200 check but I never get to see that money becuase it goes to bills and other things. My mom said that i had to wait to get a job until I was 18 and if I did sooner, they would take that money away. So I was wondering what jobs are there that don’t need your social?
