How many private contractors lost their business when Bush moved these jobs? How much was added to the federal budget when these jobs were moved from private contractors into government service?
acidBUR - The Bush Administration authorized TSA and under TSA all airport security screening (-4 airports) beasme a federal job thus private sector jobs were taken over by governemnt employees adding thousands of new federal employees and billions of dollars in wages as the fed employees are paid almost 3 times what the private security paid.

gengidashiell asked: I am doing a comparative discussion in a class I teach about job growth and loss. I can find the “jobs added” or “lost” for just about every other administration, but I can’t find the total jobs added/lost for the Bush Administration. I know by the end of his first term there were 1.1 million jobs lost, but what about inclusive of the second term?

Missa asked: I like art but being an art teacher doesn’t really appeal to me. I like english but again being a teacher it doesn’t appeal to me. I love animals. I’ve thought about being a Vet Tech but I don’t know if I’d like that either.
I like these things but I don’t know if I’d want to make a career out of them. I’m nineteen and feel lost, what should I do?

I idiotically lost a job interview a couple of months ago. I applied again but they rejected it saying they have their resume on file and that I can’t apply for the job again till one year from the date of the last interview. They have software which automatically compares a resume submitted with the resumes in their database. Has anyone been cunning enough to modify resume in ways that the resume filter software can’t identify as duplicate? I desperately need to apply for that job.
