Miss Q asked: I live in Atlanta right now. I don’t want to go out there without a job . . . too risky! Relocation isn’t a problem; I just want to have a job to do it with. Customer service, receptionist, collections, clerical . . . something in the office (a physical condition prevents me from doing a job that requires heavy lifting). The job needs to be on the busline in Sacramento or Rancho Cordova because I don’t have a car. Any help would be appreciative.

Raymond asked: Have you found the perfect job that you would do even if they didn’t pay you at all? The job that you would feel like you were not really working but actually doing something that you really like and then on top of that being paid for it? In your opinion or to your best knowledge, what percentage of the population have their dream jobs? Is it really possible to find the perfect job? Are we all biased by our culture when it comes to choosing or accepting a job? Are we all primarily driven by money instead of true interests and abilities?

I am disliking my job and the people I work with and want to look for a better job but I don’t know if its a good time to quit and try to find another job with this economy. How will I know if I can get another job once I quit? Some advise please.

gray wolf asked: How do you find out what type of business you could excel at?
How do you find one that you really enjoy?
I want a job where I can make a difference. I have a good paying job right know, but I am allergic to the material I work with. The doctor told me to find another job. I really want a career, someplace I can retire from. I am young right now, but I don’t want to move from one job to the next. I want to star planning for the future.

Dogna M asked: Hi, I am in high school and I wanted to start planning for my future. I know that the feild I choose will be in science but I am not sure which type I want to do. I excel at all classifications of science but I am not sure which one I want to do. I dont think I would enjoy chemistry or physics as much as other sciences. Though I am very good with both. I was thinking of enviromental science or biology. I know my info says I am working on my bachalors in enviromental science but I am pretty sure thats what I want to do. Its just I am really into Astrology and I like biology as well. I am not sure which one to pick. I am a straight A student so college wont be much of a problem.
I enjoy out doors work, and I love learn about earth. I also enjoy learning about space and our body, other creatures bodies and what not. Also I need to pick a career that is not hard to find a job in. Thanks so much for all of your answers.
Hi, sorry meant Astronomy.

I graduated from college with a BA degree in Labor and Industrial Relations in 2004. I am planning on going back home to New York City to begin find a job in Human Resources that I can lead to a career in a speciality. Does any one know if HR pays really well for a entry-level position and if they are any good HR agencies in New York City.

I am now working as a paraplanner in Australia. However, my husband is working in China and I really want to be with him. But I do not want to give up my career as I believe that financial planning is a great career and I am so happy with my job. I have no idea about the Chinese market. Could I find a financial planning job there? How much will I be paid?

Jnaza asked:
How to jump start a career in Human Resources in Houston Texas?
I have an MBA in Human Resources and MIS (Management Information Systems), BA in psychology. Only 4 months of experience as an HR admin (temporary assignment) and 2.5 years of experience in QA for a medical device company (just quitted the job because they wanted me to work second shift and decided to stay home with my two year old baby). It has been HARD for me to get a job in HR in Puerto Rico because they all ask for at least 3 years in HR. My husband and I are thinking that we could relocate to Cypress, TX. He is a power plant engineer and I am sure he will find a job but …Do I stand a chance in Houston Texas or should I quit my interests and stay at home with my two year old? It is NOT easy being a mom and pursue a dream career! Do you think it is the end road for me and I have wasted my time with an MBA? Please advise and be sincere.
