HEYGUYS asked: I am thinking about going straight into work after my A-levels instead of university. I am considering a trainee scheme that would eventually take me into a management position. The sort of thing that big companies such as M+S offer. I was wondering if this is a good career path and if other companies would still consider me with experience instead of a degree.

I want a job where I can make a difference. I have a good paying job right know, but I am allergic to the material I work with. The doctor told me to find another job. I really want a career, someplace I can retire from. I am young right now, but I don’t want to move from one job to the next. I want to star planning for the future.
