How is work atmosphere(career) in private Banks?

Work atmosphere in all private Banks, is Great !
Which ever Bank, give you an opportunity first, you shall join that, and after gaining 2-3 yrs experience you may switch over to any other Bank, which ever give the biggest leap.
Take a leap to Banking in leap year 2008.
