Minorities, meaning the black, asian, latino, etc folks. Do you think they act differently in the workplace than those who are not of a minority? Elaborate.

Well i would hope that everyone would act differently in a workplace. You cant be in working environment the same as you would be with ur buddies on the street!

Going by personal experience, I would say that as an Asian-American, I don’t think I behave any differently than my non-minority co-workers. I work harder than them actually, but that’s only for personal reasons, not because I am a minority.

Only if said minority feels a sense of entitlement.

Not really, everyone has certain cultural difference but that is about it.

Honestly speaking yes they behave differently. I don’t know how to explain, but i know i am an asian here in america. Having spent 25 years in my country which is very different from this country, i find it difficult to assimilate completely here, may be things will be better as i spend more time here.
