How do you start a career in professional baseball?

How do you start a career in baseball, running the team, being an executive? What requirements are there? What do you have to do? What experience do you have to have? I want to become a big shot for a MLB team, but not sure what to do to achieve my goal

Start by going to the pub

First of all, congrats on following your dream.
Second, you should probably find a scout or a scouting centre and try attending a scouting camp.
The scouts will then make reccomendations to their MLB teams, respectively.
Then you just sit at home and wait for the call
