		<description>Well, since you are an event planner why not have them help you plan the event (career day)? See if you can get together with each class for some ideas of what they would like to do (refreshments, decorations, etc). Then you can put little signs that state which grade or class thought of the idea. EX: next to a punch bowl: With thanks to Mrs. T's class for the punch. Or special thanks to the 3rd grade for the cookies.  Then when it is time for you to present you can show them the final product, tell the other presenters how the students helped and they will understand. Dont forget to give applause to the students.</description>
