How do i find the laws for creating a Workplace Contract in WA?

I need to create contracts for my employees now that Workplace Agreements dont exist. Where can i find information regarding the wording and legality of contracts. Iv looked everywhere and i just seem to be getting lost in Government sites.

    It’s not that simple. Law students study contracts for 8-9 months and they’re barely ready to begin writing them, or selecting the right form.

    Do you belong to some kind of business association or local Better Business Bureau / Chamber of Commerce that could give you advice or recommend a lawyer? It might cost something, but the wrong contract can get very expensive very fast.
