Dan G asked:
If you look into all of the medical hospitals/clinics, job placement centers/human resource departments, or administrative offices, and schools, you will see that it’s staffed by nearly 99 % women employees. Now if that isn’t job or workplace descrimination, then I don’t know what is.

Jordan R asked:
What are my rights, as an employee being harassed in the workplace by a supervisor(someone who is in charge when no managers are present)? Do I have any say on what happens to the supervisor? Does workplace harassment include being yelled and sworn at during the shift in front of customers?

I have a friend who has a misdemeanor and is simply a great person who made a mistake. He’s having a hard time finding a job and doesn’t want to waste his time not knowing what companies do background checks. Please help him! THANK YOU!
Oh and I forgot to mention he graduated with a business degree and all his working experience is in retail, sales and management.

junebugbaby83 asked: My sons father quit his job, a pretty good job I might add, because he and his fiance broke up. -She worked in the same place.
Anyway now he is planning on being a truck driver and is going to be out of work for a few months and making god knows what afterward.
Will he have to make up the money that he isn’t paying or is it just gone?
I am concerned because it has put me in a financial bind.
I am in Texas.

I am 17 and a citizen of Washington State. I need to earn extra income, but essentially the only jobs around the area would include selling tobacco and alcohol. Can I apply for a job like this if I am an emancipated minor? Thanks.
