What kind of jobs are in a corporate setting? I really want to work in a large office, for a pretty big company.

What kind of jobs are there, in order of highest pay to lowest.
And what kind of degrees do these jobs require?

Wonders asked:

I’m 19 and I’d like an office job, but not just a deadend office job, but more of an accomplished office job. I’m in college, I know of no office jobs, but I know that is the type of job I want as a child I would always take checks and play paper work because it’s just the type of thing I like to do. Help me out with jobs, so I can choose a profession? Thanks!

I’m currently in high school and i was looking into applying for a Bloomberg internship.
1. What are some tips from those who have worked at Bloomberg
2.What exactly can i do (classes, groups, clubs) to prepare or make them want to hire me.
3.What skills are necessary
4. Describe the work load that comes with this
Please be as specific and detailed as possible.
( I know there are specific internships, i will most likely have an internship for philanthropy or marketing)
Thank you

What is the best career path to become a corporate treasurer?

Jason S asked:

I was a non-traditional student who is now a few years into my third career - in accounting/finance. My second career was in banking, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in finance. The question could be restated: What is the best career path for an accountant with a solid finance background to have a reasonable chance at assuming the title of Treasurer at a large (+$1 billion sales) company?

I figure if I can swing Treasurer, then I will get to the short list for CFO - who is always on the short list for CEO, the goal for all aspiring business professionals.

Thanks.
